Process Heating Equipment
Fulton manufactures electric steam boilers and thermal fluid heating systems. Condit Company's sales engineers can help you select a cost-effective Fulton heating system. Our engineers will work with your engineers to ensure a timely hassle-free installation and start-up. To talk with a Condit representative about Fulton heating solutions call us at 713-785-0497 or send us an email.

Fulton electric steam boilers are used in dry cleaning pressing operations; steam sterilization in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food plants;thermal fluid heater and anywhere heat/steam is needed. The boilers are built to ASME code and are very efficient. Fulton offers three different thermal fluid heater designs. Fulton fuel fired thermal fluid heaters are used to heat:
  • Autoclaves
  • Chemical reactors
  • Metal finishing operations
  • Ovens
  • Textile machinery
  • And more

    Electric Steam Boilers
Fulton electric steam boilers are efficient, quiet, and safe for your process needs. Advantages of Fulton's electric steam boilers include:
  • Nearly 100% efficiency
  • Quiet and clean
  • No NOx emissions
  • Requires minimal floor space because of vertical design
Boilers are easy to maintain. The stainless steel heating elements are easily serviced from electric steam boilersthe top of the boiler's head. Hand holes at the bottom of the boiler easily un-bolt to allow removal of scale and rust. Features of the boiler's include:
  • Pressure vessel built to ASME code
  • Low water cut-off probe and second redundant low water probe
  • Vertically installed stainless steel heating elements
  • High temperature insulation
  • Electric control panel conveniently located at the front of the boiler

Fuel Fired Coil Design Thermal Fluid Heaters
Thermal fluid heating systems should be considered instead of steam systems when the fluid needs to be heated above 350 degrees F or below 32 degrees F. Thermal fluid systems work in a closed loop with their own pumping station circulating the fluid. Advantages of thermal fluid heating systems include:
  • No corrosion or freezing
  • High operating temperatures (up to 750 degrees F)
  • Low pressure system
  • Minimum maintenance
Fulton's thermal fluid heater's benefit from a patented expansion/deaerator/thermal buffer tank design. The simplified piping design protects the thermal fluid from oxidation and the continuous fluid deaeration prevents pump cavitation. Fulton offers three different units.
  • Vertical coil design thermal fluid heaters
  • Vertical tubeless design thermal fluid heaters
  • Electric thermal fluid heaters
