Fuel Fired Coil Design Thermal Fluid Heaters
Thermal fluid heating systems should be considered instead of steam systems when the fluid needs to be heated above 350 degrees F or below 32 degrees F. Thermal fluid systems work in a closed loop with their own pumping station circulating the fluid. Advantages of thermal fluid heating systems include:
  • No corrosion or freezing
  • High operating temperatures (up to 750 degrees F)
  • Low pressure system
  • Minimum maintenance
Fulton's thermal fluid heater's benefit from a patented expansion/deaerator/thermal buffer tank design. The simplified piping design protects the thermal fluid from oxidation and the continuous fluid deaeration prevents pump cavitation. Fulton offers three different units.
  • Vertical coil design thermal fluid heaters
  • Vertical tubeless design thermal fluid heaters
  • Electric thermal fluid heaters
